In November of 2015, Chace and his family were given an amazing gift and were granted a wish from the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
It was the most wonderful week of their lives, and they now want to give back so that other families can have the same experience.
They will be participating in the 24th Annual Northeast Ohio Walk for Wishes that will take place on July 16th at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo.
